2 September 2009 - Conferences
The first activity within the project was an open conference which took place on 22nd June 2009 in the Library of the University of Warsaw. Project “Nobel” is planned to be summarised at the final conference. Final conference is planned at the end of project. Besides the promotion of the project during conference will be discussed: * role of polish science in the world, * funding scientific researches, * role of the science in economy.

Open lectures given by eminent foreign scientists are related to the thematic offer of scientific institutions participated in the project “Investment into science – Investment into future. Joint project of three scientific centers from Krakow, Olsztyn and Warsaw”. Open lectures are directed to the young researchers, students and other people who are interested in scientific work and achievements of the invited world-famous scientists. Study visit is a one week visit taken place in a scientific or research development institution in one of the European country. The main purpose of this activity is to improve marketing and promotional skills among researchers and academic teachers who are responsible for dissemination of the results of research / the study. 9 February 2009 - Promotional campaign
The purpose of campaign is to promote the achievements of polish scientists and their contribution to the global development of science. This activity's purpose is to increase interests of young people in various fields of science and also to increase students awareness of the role of science in economic development. The campaign is dedicated to students through academic media and billboards situated in the area of campus Universities. The project presents polish scientific achievements in an interesting and absorbing way.
